Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Oriental Mindoro Municipality Of Victoria Invitation To Bid Completion/upgrading/repair Of Barangay Health Station In Barangay Alcate, Victoria, Oriental Mindoro 1.the Municipal Government Of Victoria, Through The General Appropriation Act (gaa) Cy 2024 Under Health Facilities Enhancement Program (saa No. 2024-02-000992) Of The Department Of Health - Chd Mimaropa With Caf No. 2024-04-0609 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos And Thirty-five Centavos Only (php 999,999.35) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Completion/upgrading/repair Of Barangay Health Station In Barangay Alcate, Victoria, Oriental Mindoro. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the Municipal Government Of Victoria Thru Its Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred (100) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed At Least One Contract That Is Similar To The Project To Be Bid And Whose Value Must Be At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc.
