The Barangay Government Of Bacungan – Bids And Awards Committee, Thru Its 20% Development Fund (street Lighting Dev't Program) 2024 Annual Budget No.1– Supply & Delivery Of Materials To Be Used In Installation Of Solar Street Light At Different Sitios, Barangay Bacungan, Oriental Mindoro Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Forty (p208,840.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply & Delivery Of Materials To Be Used In Installation Of Solar Street Light At Different Sitios, Barangay Bacungan, Oriental Mindoro. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of Bacungan – Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For Supply & Delivery Of Materials To Be Used In Installation Of Solar Street Light At Different Sitios, Barangay Bacungan, Oriental Mindoro. Delivery Of Materials/goods Is Within Five (05) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Which Is Equivalent To At Least 50% Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
