The required prior work experience for the bidder is having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works can be either: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is ₹1,22,39,241/- - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is ₹1,52,99,052/- - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is ₹2,44,78,483/- The definition of “similar work” includes Civil or composite work(s) in office, commercial, residential, hospital, or institutional building(s), which includes interior or exterior painting works. The executed value of interior or exterior painting works shall only be considered for evaluation. Details of experience and past performance of the bidder and incorporated joint venture partner are required, specifically on works/jobs done of similar nature in the past. The bidder is required to submit details of current work in hand and other contractual commitments, indicating areas and clients, in support of the experience laid down. The bidder should fill out the past experience proforma, and provide details of the parties to whom the offered items/services have been provided in the past, along with their performance report.
