Contract notice – General guideline, standard arrangements Negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for competition/negotiated procedure (supplies) Khzg - Digital documentation in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine Pdms/Aims Framework agreement for the procurement of a system for digital documentation in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine - Pdms/Aims ... Morekhzg - Digital documentation in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine Pdms/Aims Framework agreement for the procurement of a system for digital documentation in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine - Pdms/Aims Khzg - Digital documentation in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine Pdms/Aims The clients are: Agaplesion Frankfurter Diakonie Kliniken Ggmbh (Agaplesion Bethanien Krankenhaus Frankfurt and Agaplesion Markus Krankenhaus Frankfurt), Ginnheimer Landstrasse?94, 60487?Frankfurt am Main, registered in the commercial register of the local court of Frankfurt am Main under?12146; Agaplesion Diakonieklinikum Hamburg GmbH, Hohe Weide?17, 20259?hamburg, registered in the commercial register of the Hamburg district court under HRB?20182; Agaplesion Elisabethenstift GmbH, Landgraf-Georg-Straße?100, 64287?darmstadt, registered in the commercial register of the Darmstadt district court under HRB?6100 - hereinafter: Client - The client is planning to procure a system for digital documentation in anesthesia and intensive care medicine Pdms/aims. ?The background to this procurement project is the nationwide KHZG initiative, which supports hospital operators in the digitization of their hospitals. It is therefore a grant-financed project. ?In this case, the client intends to procure a fully electronic patient file for the areas of intensive care medicine and anesthesia (pdms/aims). Values are also to be transferred from medical devices via electronic interfaces. The system should be integrated as well as possible into the Kis Orbis from Dedalus. Current status and target presentation The digital infrastructure in the areas of intensive care/anaesthesiology care has not yet been connected to the electronic patient file due to the complexity of the equipment and processes. There is a media discontinuity between the normal ward and the intensive care area, as the digital fever chart is only implemented in the normal ward, while a paper file is still kept in the intensive care unit. The data from the various monitoring systems (ventilation, monitoring, infusion pumps) is currently transferred manually to the paper file. A Pdms/Aims should transfer this data directly to the electronic intensive care chart. When a patient is transferred from the normal ward to the intensive care unit (and vice versa), all preliminary data can be viewed digitally. The project period, including implementation, should be completed by the end of 2025. The contractor should advise on the implementation of the system and offer the necessary training. Bidders should therefore submit a sample project plan. The client plans to conclude a contract for an initial term of 36 months. The client expressly reserves the right to extend the contract beyond this to the extent permitted by procurement law. The client provides a list of requirements in document B. Specifications. The specifications only contain mandatory criteria. These mandatory criteria must be met by the system offered. Otherwise the offer will be excluded. Tenderers confirm the existence of the mandatory criteria by selecting "available" or "yes", or deny the existence of the mandatory criterion by selecting "not available or in development" or "no". However, the client reserves the right to provisionally accept the plausible explanation of the planned introduction of mandatory criteria that do not yet exist within the KHZG funding period. To this end, tenderers should provide appropriate explanations on the implementation status on a separate sheet. If concepts are expected, these must be drawn up independently by the bidders as self-declarations and attached to the bid.? ?Existing infrastructure? The areas to be equipped are as follows:? Agaplesion Diakonieklinikum Hamburg ?Number of intensive care beds: 14 ?Specialist areas of the intensive care unit: Interdisciplinary occupancy without fixed quotas. Treatment management according to specialist disciplines: Internal medicine (all patients IM01) and anesthesia (CH01-CH06, GY01-02);? ?Number of IMC beds: 10;? ?Number of operating rooms: 10 operating rooms and 2-3 external locations, which are supplied with a mobile device (angio, endo, HKL);? ?Number of inductions: 6 places in a holding (no “induction” available);? ?Number of recovery room spaces: 12 with dual use for repositioning. Note: We want to work with rounds trolleys in the double rooms; for reasons of space, no bedside PCs should be installed there. Agaplesion Elisabethenstift Darmstadt Number of intensive care beds: 10; ?Departments of the intensive care unit: Internal medicine-led, otherwise interdisciplinary;? ?Number of IMC beds: 6; ?Number of operating theaters: 4 procedure rooms (also for surgical interventions);? ?Number of inductions: 4;? ?Number of recovery room spaces: 8.? Multiple planning services of KG 440, 450 and 460 for the measure Expansion for the all-day school at the Brothers Grimm School in 61169 Friedberg/Dorheim Specialist planning services for the system groups electrical systems (KG 440), communication, security and information technology systems (KG 450) and conveyor systems (KG 460) including the respective associated technical systems in outdoor facilities (according to KG 540) in accordance with Part 4 Specialist planning, Section 2: Technical equipment, according to Section 53 ff. Hoai 2021 Measure: Expansion for the all-day school at the Brothers Grimm School in 61169 Friedberg/Dorheim For further information on the construction project and the scope of services, please refer to the construction, object and service description attached as Appendix 01. Specialist planning services for KG 440, 450 and 460 for the all-day extension project at the Brothers Grimm School in 61169 Friedberg/Dorheim A new extension is to be built on the district's own land for the Brothers Grimm Elementary School. The school has a department with a focus on speech therapy, which is integrated into a system of pre-school, school and extracurricular support measures for children with speech impairments or disabilities. This is the only school in the Wetterau district with speech therapy. Both the increasing number of students and the further development of all-day schooling mean that the school needs more space. In accordance with the space program, the extension will include additional classrooms, a cafeteria, care rooms and ancillary rooms. The new rooms can be created either in an extension or a separate building. The exact location on the property is to be determined and agreed upon during the first work phases. Minor adjustments to the existing building are optionally required. Information on the room program and the Wetterau district's "economical construction" guideline will be given to the planner after the order has been placed. The district's school property is located, among other things: - Within the scope of a development plan - In the drinking water protection area The area is directly on a railway line and is designated as a contaminated site. For further details, as well as the scope of the planning services to be provided and the planned stages A and B, please refer to the construction, object and service description attached as appendix 01. The bidders can only submit a fee offer (according to appendix 10 offer form in Excel format or appendix 11 offer form in PDF format) for the construction project. The corresponding eligible costs are already specified in the offer form and may not be changed. This also applies to the other content. The services are commissioned in stages. First, the service phases 1-4 (stage A) are commissioned, and then, after request and written notification, the service phases 5-9 (stage B). By submitting an offer for the complete scope of services, the contractor does not generate a claim to the commissioning of stage B. The client may commission the services of stage B without first carrying out a further award procedure to the contractor, or may refrain from further commissioning without stating reasons (see Section 3 Special Contract Terms).

Contract notice – general guideline, standard rule negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for competition/negotiated procedure (services) Justus-von-Liebig-Schule, Wiesbaden; specialist planning of technical equipment ALG 1-3+8 / LPH 1-9 Justus-von-Liebig-Schule, Wiesbaden; specialist planning of technical equipment ALG 1-3+8 / LPH 1-9 Justus-von-Liebig-Schule, Wiesbaden; specialist planning of technical equipment ALG 1-3+8 / LPH 1-9 Justus-von-Liebig-Schule, Wiesbaden; specialist planning of technical equipment ALG 1-3+8 / LPH 1-9 Initial situation The Justus-von-Liebig-Schule, currently the only primary school, is a 5-stream primary school in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim. Due to the densification caused by residential development in Wi-Erbenheim, in particular by the new Erbenheim-Süd development, the Justus-von-Liebig School is growing and will have 6 classes in the future. This will require additional space for 4 classrooms, 2 differentiation rooms and 1 care room, as well as other supplementary areas. It was previously checked whether the additional rooms could be accommodated in the existing building. However, it was determined that the additional space requirement cannot be accommodated in the existing building and additional rooms must be created. Since these implementations will not be feasible by 2024, the school will, in consultation, temporarily accommodate its resulting space requirement in the existing building. This temporary organizational solution is not sustainable for the school in the long term. A special feature to mention is that the volunteer fire department based on the property is to move out in the future. The buildings could therefore probably be vacated in 7 years. Since the need for school space arises earlier, the option of subsequent spatial use or demolition and new construction of the school areas on the volunteer fire department's site would not be available in time. Further information can be found in the task description. Subject of the service to be commissioned Technical equipment in accordance with Hoai 2013, as amended in 2021, appendix groups 1-3 and 8, part 4, section 2, sections 53-56 - service phases 1-9. Special service: Lph 5: Checking and approving the structural engineer's formwork plans for compliance with slot and breakthrough planning. Further detailed information on the services to be commissioned can be found in the attached task and service description and associated appendices (appendix 02a). Other planning services are not the subject of this tendering procedure. The basic services will be remunerated on the basis of Hoai 2013, as amended in 2021. A fee that falls below the basic fee rate or exceeds the upper fee rate, as well as a deviation from the other fee rates, is permitted. If desired, these should be indicated by specifying a discount in the fee offer (percentage and absolute) and, if necessary, explained in the cover letter. The special services will be remunerated at a flat rate based on the offer you have submitted. It is planned to award the execution work to individual trades. Options There will be a staged call for services (options), subject to the committee resolutions on the further implementation of the project and the decision of the contracting authority in the further course of the project: Stage I: Lph 1-5, Stage II: Lph 6-9 If the contract is awarded in this tendering procedure, the following services will initially be called up: Stage I: Lph 1-5 The contractor has no right to call up individual and/or all stages and cannot derive any further claims (e.g. for damages or an increase in fees) from non-calling. Project dates: Start of service provision: approx. May 2025 Completion of service phase 5: approx. June 2026 (= approval period Dec. 2025 - June 2026) Start of Lph 6-7: approx. April 2026 Completion of Lph 6-7: approx. September 2026 Start of construction: approx. September 2026 Ready for occupancy: approx.
