Moretnw_hls_sankt Vincenzstift Ggmbh_renovation of the indoor swimming pool at the Vincenzschule in Rüdesheim am Rhein. The Sankt Vincenzstift Ggmbh is planning the energy-efficient renovation of the swimming pool at the Vincenzschule in Rüdesheim am Rhein. The subject of the contract are the basic services of service phases 1-9 of the service profile for specialist planning of technical equipment in accordance with Section 55 Paragraph 1 Hoai IVM Annex 15 No. 15.1 in system groups 2, 3, 7 (swimming water technology) and 8 (lph. 4 subject to necessity) as well as the special service of monitoring the elimination of defects within the limitation period. Tnw_hls_sankt Vincenzstift Ggmbh_sanierung Indoor swimming pool of the Vincenzschule in Rüdesheim am Rhein A comprehensive description of the task can be found in the tender documents. Sankt Vincenzstift Ggmbh is planning the energy renovation of the swimming pool of the Vincenzschule Rüdesheim am Rhein, Ot Aulhausen. The renovation concept is to be designed in such a way that the swimming pool will exceed the energy standard Beg 70 Efficiency House and the required 75% minimum quota for renewable energies. In addition, the installation of an ultrafiltration system is intended to reduce the drinking water and heat required to operate the swimming pools. The aim of the planned renovation is to: - reduce current energy requirements from 209,000 kWh/year to 52,256 kWh/year (savings of 156,744 kWh/year) - reduce CO2 emissions by 71,444 kg/year (-82%) - reduce primary energy requirements by 75% to 40 kWh/m² per year - maintain water quality without constantly adding disinfectants - greatly reduce the use of chemicals - reduce drinking water requirements The following investment measures in cost groups 300, 400 and 700 are planned to achieve the energy goals: 0. Planning 1. Renovation or new construction of the water treatment system for the swimming pools, taking energy-efficient construction into account (energy and resource savings). 2. Renovation of the pool hydraulics in the swimmers' pool to ensure hygienically perfect flow. 3. Renovation of the therapy pool. 4. Renovation of the side room ventilation taking energy-efficient construction into account (energy saving). 5. Installation of an air and water heat pump (approx. 80kw) for climate-friendly generation of heat to operate the indoor pool and to reduce climate-damaging CO2 emissions. 6. Construction of a photovoltaic system (291kwp) to partially cover the electricity required for indoor pool operation. On the one hand, this system absorbs the additional electricity consumption of the new water technology and, on the other hand, contributes to achieving climate goals by reducing the electricity taken from the grid. 7. Installation of a biogas-powered cogeneration plant (approx. 50kw) to support heating and provide basic supplies for the indoor pool's electrical consumers. 8. Installation of an ultrafiltration system to reduce the drinking water requirement (resource saving) and heat requirement (energy saving) for the operation of the swimming pools (recovery of the process water from the filter rinse water). The project is mainly funded by federal funds, but state funds are also granted. The following timetable is drawn up for the implementation of the measures: In 2025: Start of the project - Preparation of the basic planning: Design, approval and implementation planning for measure 6 (PV system) By August 2025 - Installation of PV system (measure 6) August 2025 to November 2025 - Preparation of the basic planning: Design, approval and implementation planning for measures 1-5 and 7-8 (renovation or new construction of water treatment, renovation of the pool hydraulics of the swimming pool, renovation of the therapy pool, renovation of the side room ventilation, installation of an air-water heat pump, installation of a biogas-powered combined heat and power plant, installation of an ultrafiltration system to reduce water and heat consumption) In 2026: - Preparation of the basic planning: Completion of the implementation planning for measures 1-5 and 7-8 - Planning: Construction management tasks - renovation or new construction of water treatment (measure 1) - Renovation of the pool hydraulics of the swimmers' pool (measure 2) - Renovation of the therapy pool (measure 3) - Renovation of the adjoining room ventilation (measure 4) - Planning: construction management tasks - renovation or new construction of water treatment (measure 1) - Renovation of the pool hydraulics of the swimmers' pool (measure 2) - Renovation of the therapy pool (measure 3) - Renovation of the adjoining room ventilation (measure 4) - Installation of an air-water heat pump (measure 5) - Installation of an ultrafiltration system to reduce water and heat consumption (measure 8) In 2027: - Planning: construction management tasks - renovation or new construction of water treatment (measure 1) - Renovation of the adjoining room ventilation (measure 4) - Installation of a biogas-powered cogeneration plant (measure 7) - Acceptances, checking of last outstanding invoices - Project completion by the end of December 2027 Basic documents have already been prepared and will be made available. The planning services are awarded from phase 1 onwards. The subject of the contract are the basic services of phases 1-9 of the scope of work for specialist planning of technical equipment in accordance with Section 55, Paragraph 1 of the Hoai IVM Annex 15, No. 15.1 in system groups 2, 3, 7 (swimming water technology) and 8 (phase 4 subject to necessity) as well as the special service of monitoring the elimination of defects within the limitation period.
