The ... More basics: The Karl-Gärtner School at Wilhelm-Dietz-Strasse 5 is located on the outskirts north of Delkenheim, on a bend in the Wickerbach in a natural landscape with old trees. The school property of the Karl-Gärtner School (plot no. 1/6) has a size of 21,178 m². The school complex, which is a listed cultural monument in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 of the Hdschg, was built in two phases between 1963 and 1967 by the architect Daniel Jourdan. The loosely grouped one- and two-storey, flat-roofed pavilions in reinforced concrete construction with reddish-brown clinker bricks are connected to one another via walkways and spatially enclose the school yard. The school complex consists of a main building (old building) with an adjoining administration wing and cafeteria, a toilet building, a classroom wing (new building), a pavilion building, a school gym, a youth traffic school including a workshop (see attachments). Part of this tendering procedure are the civil engineering work required to implement the project, as well as concrete, reinforced concrete and steel construction work for the support or to make the container accessible. To connect the rails (current return) to the new rectifier substation, a cross-over into the existing line on the KVV site is planned. The following services are to be provided: soil excavation approx. 200 m³, paving and slab work approx. 165 m², concrete work foundations and supports approx. 12 m³, supply and installation of empty cable pipes approx. 150.00 m, drainage, installation of 6-part trench, associated demolition, steel construction and drainage work and the installation of cable shafts, the total scope of the civil engineering and road construction work is shown in the attached site plan. The subject of the negotiation procedure includes the provision and implementation of storage systems and the associated switches. The system will be deployed in Kassel.
