Pure cable laying, connection or cable pulling work are not part of this tendering process.

Project description: The city of Groß-Gerau would like to expand the currently 2-stream "Mühlbach" daycare center with a new building in order to increase its capacity. The neighboring property is to be used for the outdoor facilities in the future and an extension is to be built on the area of the current outdoor facility. There is a canal on the property which cannot be built over, which means that the possible building window is not very flexible. Preliminary planning has already been drawn up, but this can only be assessed as proof of principle of feasibility. In order to shorten the local construction time, the work is to be carried out using modular construction (preferably wood hybrid or wood construction), which is why it is to be carried out by commissioning a general contractor. A planning team is now to be found in several tendering procedures which will implement the project across all performance phases and also take over the interfaces with the general contractor. +++ Scope of services for lot 1 (hls): Technical equipment for phases 1-9 in accordance with Sections 53 ff. Hoai, system groups 1, 2 and 3, with adapted performance profile due to general contractor award (see attachments for details). +++ A phased contract is planned. The individual project stages will be called up successively as the project progresses.
