Contract notice – general guideline, standard regulation Open procedure (services) Framework agreement for catering service in the Hessian deportation detention facility Framework agreement on the catering service for up to 80 prisoners in the deportation detention facility operated by the PP South Hesse ... Multi-framework agreement for catering service in the Hessian deportation detention facility Framework agreement on the catering service for up to 80 prisoners in the deportation detention facility operated by the PP South Hesse in 2025 onwards. Framework agreement for catering service in the Hessian deportation detention facility The subject of the framework agreement is the catering service with breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks for up to 80 people accommodated in the Hessian deportation facility (AHE). It is intended to conclude a framework agreement for this. The catering service provider must adhere to the HACCP principles. There is no company kitchen. The meals are produced and put together by a catering service provider in a production kitchen outside the AHE. The meals are served to those accommodated by Ahe employees. Daily deliveries - 365 days a year - take place at around 11:00 a.m. Thermo-boxes are to be used for transport, which are provided by the contractor. Together with lunch for the current day, the components for that day's dinner and for breakfast the following day are also provided. Before delivery, the contractor must prepare a menu that meets the recommendations of the German Nutrition Society (DGE). The contractor must make the menu available to the client at least 2 weeks in advance. The client usually orders the contractor by e-mail the day before, but no later than 8:00 a.m. on the day of delivery. The service will begin on June 1, 2025. This is a framework agreement which ends on May 31, 2029 at the latest or when the maximum number of 116,800 catering units is reached (365 days x 80 prisoners (maximum occupancy) x 4 years); in these cases the framework agreement loses its effect. Since the AHE is not always fully occupied and the maximum occupancy is 80 prison places, the corresponding catering quantity (see tiered prices in the list of services) will be communicated to the contractor. The contractor must keep the required capacities free. Billing is based on the actual quantity of catering units purchased and the corresponding tiered price from the list of services.

Contract notice – Sector Directive, standard regulation negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for competition/negotiated procedure (construction work) Fully automatic crane system for biomass (waste wood AI to AIIII) at the district heating power plant in Kassel The municipal works energy + heat GmbH (EWG) plans, builds and operates the district heating network as well as generation ... More fully automatic crane system for biomass (waste wood AI to AIIII) at the district heating power plant in Kassel The municipal works energy + heat GmbH (EWG) plans, builds and operates the district heating network as well as generation plants in the city of Kassel. The distribution of district heating is the responsibility of the parent company Städtische Werke AG (STW). The district heating network, with a route length of around 182 km and a connected load of 447 MW, currently covers around 21% of the heat demand in the city of Kassel. The Ewg and Stw have set themselves the goal of specifically expanding the district heating supply through expansion and densification and of decarbonising the piped heat supply in the supply area by 2045 at the latest. A relevant and very timely step in this direction is the phase-out of coal in the district heating power plant. This will replace the energy source brown coal with sewage sludge and waste wood (ai to Aiii). The Ewg has been operating a district heating power plant at the Dennhäuser Strasse site in Kassel since 1988, which generates an electrical output of around 40 MW with a maximum firing thermal output of 150 MW. In addition, up to 80 MW can be supplied to the municipal district heating network as thermal output. The power plant boiler is operated with a circulating fluidized bed combustion system. The fuels currently used include brown coal, hard brown coal and dried and dewatered municipal sewage sludge. The fluidized bed boiler, which is operated in natural circulation, generates up to 180 t/h of fresh steam at 74 bar and 503 °C. The EWG plans to use sewage sludge and waste wood of classes Ai to Aiii for energy generation in the future. The combustion of waste wood results in changed requirements for the system technology of the district heating power plant, for which corresponding construction measures must be planned and carried out. One of the construction measures is the construction of storage and transport facilities for supplying the existing fluidized bed boiler with biomass (waste wood). The fully automatic crane system described here is to be installed in a new, closed fuel storage hall (waste wood bunker) to be built by the EWG. A tipping bunker located in the waste wood bunker takes in the waste wood delivered by truck, and the grab crane stores and mixes the waste wood fully automatically. The crane system feeds the fuel in the waste wood bunker via traction floors installed there to the fuel conveyor line to the existing power plant building, Block 2. In Phase 1 (from September 2026), the fluidized bed combustion system will be operated after commissioning with the new fuel supply for waste wood, initially together with the previous fuels coal and sewage sludge. After further adjustments to the waste wood conveyor technology in Phase 2 (from September 2027), the fuel supply to the fluidized bed boiler will then be based entirely on the fuels waste wood and sewage sludge. If the contract is awarded by July 1, 2025, the fully automatic crane system described in this specification will be implemented by the contractor during the summer shutdown in 2026. The subject of this tendering procedure is all necessary planning and engineering services, all required machine and component deliveries, assembly and commissioning of the mechanical equipment for the fully automatic crane system. Further details and the specific services can be found in particular in the technical specification with attachments (appendix 1). With this Europe-wide tendering procedure, the EEC wants to select a reliable, efficient and qualified company that will carry out the necessary planning and construction services in accordance with the specifications of the tender documents in good time by November 13, 2026. Fully automatic crane system for biomass (waste wood AI to AIIII) at the Kassel district heating power plant. The subject of this tendering procedure is all necessary planning and engineering services, all required machine and component deliveries, assembly and commissioning of the mechanical equipment for the fully automatic crane system. Further details and concrete services can be found in particular in the technical specification with attachments (Appendix 1 of the tender documents).

Contract notice - general guideline, standard regulation negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for competition / negotiated procedure (supplies) Framework agreement on the provision, implementation and operation of a patient portal The subject of the tender is the award of a framework agreement on the provision, implementation ... Multi-framework agreement on the provision, implementation and operation of a patient portal The subject of the tender is the award of a framework agreement on the provision, implementation and operation of a patient portal including services for the two locations of the University Hospital Giessen and Marburg GmbH ("ukgm"). Background to the joint procurement The aim is to make the structure and use of the portals efficient in a joint approach. The aim is to introduce a centrally operated, multi-client and interoperable patient portal for digital admission and treatment management for the client's data management at both locations. For this purpose, a framework agreement is to be concluded with a contractual partner as the contractor in accordance with Section 21 Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Vgv. The specific services are called up individually by both locations based on the location-specific project planning there (individual call-up). Further details and specifications on the subject matter of the service can be found in the "requirements and criteria catalog" and the service description. The framework agreement does not give the contractor any right to call up a specific quantity. It is planned to procure services for the provision, implementation and operation of a patient portal for the two clinic locations in Gießen and Marburg and, if necessary, for one or more of the MVZs connected to them by means of individual calls. A binding maximum purchase limit of 10 individual calls applies. Framework agreement on the provision, implementation and operation of a patient portal for the implementation of the procurement project, the client intends to use not only its own funds but also state grants in accordance with the so-called "KHZG funding guideline", i.e. the "guideline for the funding of projects for the digitalization of processes and structures during a hospital stay of patients in accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 2 of the KHSfV" in the currently valid version. It is therefore necessary to comply with the relevant provisions and specifications of this KHZG funding guideline in the event of the contract being awarded. Against this background, the functionalities of the patient portal must mandatorily and verifiably fulfill: - the must-have criteria according to section 4.3.2 of the Og KHZG funding guideline and - the overarching technical and interoperability standards according to sections 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 of the Og KHZG funding guideline. Furthermore, the patient portal must offer the option of fulfilling the optional criteria according to section 4.3.2 of the Og KHZG funding guideline, which must be implemented by the client as per the service description. The contractor's contractual service obligations include, among other things, the following tasks for each location: - provision of a central, multi-client and interoperable patient portal in accordance with the technical, organizational and structural requirements, - integration and implementation of a central, multi-client and interoperable patient portal and in particular the realization of interfaces to the existing systems, - training services, - support services in the sense of project management and - operational and service services. All services are to be provided by the contractor while ensuring uninterrupted clinic operations and always in close coordination with the client's responsible contacts at the respective location. The contractor must work to reduce the scope of coordination and the effort required for interface implementation as much as possible and to introduce the portal in accordance with defined milestones. To this end, the contractor must develop a process and implementation standard immediately after the order is placed.
