Structural planning as part of the all-day extension at the Brothers Grimm School in 61169 Friedberg/Dorheim A new extension is to be built on the district’s own property for the Brothers Grimm elementary school. The school has a department with a focus on speech therapy, which is integrated into a system of pre-school, school and extracurricular support measures for children with speech impairments or disabilities. This is the only school in the Wetterau district with speech therapy. Both the increasing number of students and the further development of all-day schooling mean that the school needs more space. In accordance with the space program, the extension will include additional classrooms, a cafeteria, care rooms and ancillary rooms. The new rooms can be created either in an annex or a separate extension. The exact location on the property is to be determined and agreed upon during the first work phases. Minor adjustments to the existing building may be required as an option. Information on the space program and the Wetterau district's "economical construction" guide will be given to the planner after the order has been placed. The district-owned school property is located, among other things: - Within the scope of a development plan - In the drinking water protection area The area is directly on a railway line and is marked as a contaminated site. For further details as well as the scope of the planning services to be provided and the planned stages A and B, please refer to the construction, object and service description attached as Appendix 01. The bidders can only submit a fee offer (according to Appendix 9 offer form in Excel format or Appendix 10 offer form in PDF format) for the construction project. The fields to be filled in are marked yellow. The corresponding eligible costs are already specified in the offer form and must not be changed. This also applies to the other content. The services are commissioned in stages. First, service phases 1-4 (stage A) are commissioned, and after request and written notification, service phases 5-9 (stage B) are commissioned. By submitting an offer for the complete scope of services, the contractor does not generate any entitlement to be commissioned at level B. The client may commission the services at level B to the contractor without first carrying out a further award procedure or may refrain from further commissioning without stating reasons (see Section 3 Special Contract Terms).

Contract notice – general guideline, standard rule open procedure (construction work) New building for the Florenberg school in Pilgerzell, steel construction work for the arcade New building for the Florenberg school in Pilgerzell, steel construction work for the arcade New building for the Florenberg school in Pilgerzell, steel construction work for the arcade At ... More new building for the Florenberg school in Pilgerzell, steel construction work for the arcade New building for the Florenberg school in Pilgerzell, steel construction work for the arcade New building for the Florenberg school in Pilgerzell, steel construction work for the arcade The construction project involves the construction of a new primary school, as a special two-storey building with basement areas, which is integrated into a slope. Overall, the property is divided into 4 building sections, which are connected to one another via corridors and open staircases. The building is being constructed as a solid construction in reinforced concrete across all floors. A vertical, ventilated wooden cladding with integrated, generously sized wooden window bands determines the external appearance. The roof will be designed as a warm roof and will have a gravel covering and will be covered with a PV system. Interior walls will be painted white or, depending on the area, clad with wooden cladding to match the external appearance. Suspended ceilings will be closed with a white grid ceiling or light wood wool lightweight panels. A steel-constructed arcade will be built on the west side. The school will be built on the area of the currently used schoolyard next to the existing school building, which will be demolished at a later date. An interim area for the schoolyard will be set up to the north for the construction period. After the new building has been constructed, the existing building will be demolished so that the built density, including the height, is significantly reduced. The demolition area will be landscaped and used as a playground area. The adjacent gymnasium will be retained. Contract notice - general guideline, standard regulation Open procedure (services) Provision of general planning services for the extension of the classrooms for the Kurt Schumacher School in 61184 Karben, as well as the construction of the outdoor facilities Provision of general planning services (a ... Additional provision of general planning services for the extension of the classrooms for the Kurt Schumacher School in 61184 Karben, as well as the construction of the outdoor facilities Provision of general planning services (architectural and specialist planning services in accordance with the contract notice) for the extension of the classrooms for the Kurt Schumacher School in 61184 Karben, as well as the construction of the outdoor facilities. Provision of general planning services for the extension of the classrooms for the Kurt Schumacher School in 61184 Karben, as well as the construction of the outdoor facilities Title 1: "Extension of the classrooms" As part of the measure 'Extension of the classrooms of the Kurt Schumacher School in Karben', a barrier-free new building with Elevator system will be built. The attached overview plan shows the current development, with the new building being marked only as an example. The location of a suitable site on the school premises needs to be examined. A feasibility study will be prepared for this in performance phase 1. Under certain circumstances, following a decision by the developer, it will also be necessary to prepare a site analysis. The layout on the site should, if at all possible, be chosen so that no additional schoolyards are created, but that as central schoolyard areas as possible remain, so that supervision during recess times can be guaranteed as before. Possible location on the site It is conceivable that the area between the old building and the main building will be used as a location. For this it will be necessary to demolish the classroom building (e-building) adjacent to the old building. For the planning and implementation of the demolition work, if necessary, the special service "assist in the awarding of planning and expert services" was integrated. The same applies to the relocation of the green classroom in the area of this construction site to a suitable location on the school premises. A structural connection to the existing main building and, depending on the specified location, the old building is conceivable and must be checked, particularly with regard to fire protection issues and fire protection concept (taking into account the connected existing buildings). If a connection between the main building and the old building makes sense, this must be implemented. The same applies to a possible integration of existing buildings. The aforementioned services were therefore included as an option. From a technical point of view, a connection is to be preferred. Project goal: The goal of the functional, compact extension to the Kurt Schumacher School is, in terms of quality, to construct an ecological building that, among other things, offers a pleasant learning atmosphere even in the increasing summer heat without the installation of air conditioning (for a healthy room temperature, according to the Workplace Ordinance IVM the Technical Rules for Workplaces (asr), points 4.3 and 4.4, suitable sun protection measures must be taken at room temperatures above 26 degrees Celsius). Central or decentralized classroom ventilation is optionally possible. The type of ventilation used is decided by the client after testing/recommendation by the specialist planner in the project. Furthermore, the management costs, particularly those related to the cost drivers of cleaning, janitorial services, heat, electricity, maintenance (taking into account any damage caused by vandalism during school operations) and servicing over the life cycle of the building (construction phase, usage phase: 50 years, disposal phase), should be reduced or minimized to the bare minimum. When planning and executing the project, economic efficiency must always be taken into account. The project must be planned within the client's budget (total expenditure required). Architectural designs that conflict with the "functional and compact construction" requirement are not desired. Additional costs should be avoided and materials and equipment should be planned to a good standard (no high-end design) in order to avoid unnecessary costs. Changes to the order are possible if they are requested by the client and confirmed in writing and if they do not change the overall nature of the order. Please refer to Appendix 01_project description for further information.

For the services for fire protection according to Aho, a fire protection concept must be developed taking the construction project into account. As the scope has not yet been determined, or can only be defined in more detail after completion, no price inquiry will be made.
