Contract notice – general guideline, standard regulation, open procedure (services) A.0435.120515_jlu_new construction of a central cafeteria on Rathenaustrasse_fire protection For this construction project, an office is sought within the framework of an open procedure pursuant to Section 15 of the Vgv that will take over the services for fire protection phases 2-6 and 8 and special services based on AHO booklet no. 17 (as of June 2015) for the construction of a new central cafeteria on the culture and humanities campus of the Justus Liebig University in Giessen (JLU). A.0435.120515_jlu_new central cafeteria Rathenaustrasse_fire protection The Justus Liebig University Giessen (jlu) and the Student Union Giessen are planning to build a new central cafeteria in the Philosophikum campus area on the Cultural and Humanities campus. The new building is part of the state of Hesse's Heureka university construction investment program (university development and reconstruction program: complete renovation, concentration and expansion of research and teaching in Hesse). The building is to have a size of 4,161 square meters NUF (1-6). As an important hub of the merged Philosophikum campus area, the new cafeteria will contribute to the comprehensive supply of around 10,000 students and employees of the Cultural and Humanities campus and will occupy a central position within the university facilities there. In addition to providing hot lunches, cold meals and drinks, the cafeteria also functions as a place for student work, meetings and regeneration. The structure and functionality of the building must be geared towards fast throughput times for food supply, although this location has a high peak load factor. Up to 4,000 meals are produced and served on site every day. In addition, around 1,000 meals are produced for delivery to other JLU locations that do not have their own hot meal production. In addition, the new cafeteria, like the current existing cafeteria, will take on an indispensable central warehouse, production and delivery function for other food supply locations. The three main usage components are the guest area with food serving and around 1,100 indoor and 500 outdoor seats, the production area with kitchens and rooms for food preparation and the necessary space for delivery, storage, intermediate storage and refrigeration. The upper limit of the investment volume according to approved requirements was set at EUR 29,430,000 gross for cost groups 300+400 according to DIN 276.
