Patient portal The subject of the tender is the procurement of a KHZG-compliant patient portal Lot 1 and a discharge and transfer management in Lot 2 as defined by the above funding item, which will be linked to the existing KIS (cgm Medico) via interfaces or direct integration. Lot 1 Patient portal: The introduction of a patient portal is intended to optimize the processes in the areas of digital admission and treatment management for both the patient and the hospital. The discharge and transfer management to downstream service providers is also to be optimized through the introduction of digital brokerage software. The subject matter of the contract includes: provision of the software, implementation/project planning, operation/maintenance/support for a period of 5 years, and training. The options requested must be offered. The DB will close its current train station in the west of the old town and build a new train stop in the east, north of the harbor park. Immediately north of this train stop – between Bleichstrasse and Geisenheimer Strasse – the city of Rüdesheim am Rhein has a 0.9 hectare area on which various modes of transport (regular buses, coaches, taxis, e-bikes, bicycles, etc.) are to be linked in the sense of a mobility station. At the same time, green and open space structures as well as a kiosk and a weather-protected waiting area are to be developed on the site, which make staying there and waiting for the bus as pleasant as possible - also taking climate change into account. A realization competition was held to generate ideas and the object planning services (open spaces, buildings and traffic facilities) were awarded. Various specialist planning services are now to be put out to tender for the new construction of the kiosk and a free-floating roof as a waiting area for the bus terminal, including structural planning. The scope of the structural planning includes the basic services of service phases 1-6 in accordance with Section 51 Hoai and Appendix 14.

Overall, the content is not centered on user needs. This is to be revised through the tender for the web relaunch. The current content management system (CMS) is Scrivito from Infopark, and some areas of the website are still implemented in the previous version, Fiona. The CMS contains around 80,000 websites with around 160,000 assets. This, along with all the websites shown, is the focus of the tender. There are also other web projects in other content management systems such as Wordpress or Typo 3. Around 2,000 editors are currently working in the system with a wide range of previous and specialist knowledge in relation to web editing. In a preliminary project in 2023, the current situation was analyzed, including benchmark analysis and user surveys, and a web strategy was formulated. The user journeys and considerations developed in this context serve as the basis for further requirements analysis.
