Contract notice – Sector Directive, standard regulation negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for competition/negotiated procedure (services) Maintenance of 10 kV network stations As part of the network maintenance, around 100 10/20 kV local network stations are to be maintained annually at Städtische Werke Netz+service GmbH in the Kassel network area. ... Additional maintenance of 10 kV network stations As part of the network maintenance, around 100 10/20 kV local network stations are to be maintained annually at Städtische Werke Netz+service GmbH in the Kassel network area. The stations are in operation in various designs, both compact stations with corresponding compact switchgear (gas-insulated), and stations in walk-in form (prefabricated concrete buildings, brick stations, stations in buildings with air-insulated switchgear). Maintenance of 10 kV network stations When carrying out maintenance, the medium voltage is disconnected and earthed by our switching personnel, the low-voltage distribution of the station remains live at all times. This is supplied either by switching in the low-voltage network or by means of a backup supply from an emergency generator. Cleaning work on the low-voltage main distribution is therefore live work and can only be carried out by qualified personnel with the relevant valid qualification certificates. As a rule, maintenance of the switchgear includes maintenance of three switch panels (kkt) and a network transformer. In exceptional cases, the Kktt configuration with two transformers is also possible.

Contract notice – general guideline, standard regulation Open procedure (services) System for time recording, personnel deployment planning and access control (Hessian judiciary) Creation and operation of a system for time recording, access control and personnel deployment planning including provision of hardware, software and services for the creation, implementation and support of the system. System for time recording, personnel deployment planning and access control (Hessian judiciary) The procurement of the following goods or services is intended: -procurement of licenses and, if applicable. Required hardware for the expansion and modernization of the existing system for the prison system to all departments of the Hessian judiciary with around 90 new departments and 16,000 employees, plus the additional requirement of access control -upgrading the existing flexitime recording hardware to a third-generation RFID-based transponder system that corresponds to the state of the art (either by retrofitting existing hardware plus new procurement or completely new procurement) plus the provision of suitable time recording media (preferably key fobs) -services for modeling the systemic rules required for time recording, personnel deployment planning and access control, which meet the legal requirements (collective bargaining and civil service law, in particular in the area of rotating shifts and shift allowances) -installation and commissioning of an executable system on virtualized servers provided by the contractor, connection of external interfaces, in particular to SAP -support service for the migration of old data or The deployment of the system in newly connected departments. The existing system in the correctional facilities is to be replaced by the newly modelled system (migration rollout) or introduced into the departments that are not yet equipped (regular rollout) -Implementation of advanced training events in the form of multiplier training with regard to the administration, use and maintenance of the system to be set up, as well as the provision of corresponding training material -Provision of downstream support for the systems (maintenance contract) Basically, two broad fields of application can be distinguished: 1. Shift and rotating shift operation In some of the managed departments, rotating shift and shift operation prevails permanently, so that the (decentralized) personnel deployment planning within a wide variety of employee groups must be able to be mapped in a wide variety of shift models. This also includes the need to determine and calculate irregular salaries and shift/rotating shift allowances for both civil servants and employees, and to transfer these to external systems such as SAP. 2. Flextime / administration The majority of the staff to be managed carry out administrative activities and are on flexitime. The system to be established must be able to accept time recording bookings both via stationary time recording devices and via web interfaces. The option for workflow-based applications for holidays and other absences should also be available. Finally, the system should be able to address access control elements such as doors, barriers, etc. and allow or deny access based on authorization concepts. For both use cases, the processing of internal department data should be carried out decentrally, i.e. in the location concerned itself, so that correction bookings or even duty scheduling itself can be carried out decentrally. At the same time, it should still be possible for higher-level authorities to view and intervene in the decentralized data. A suitable, web-based interface should be available for employees to view their own time recording data. Accessibility must be guaranteed in all components of the application. Existing data from existing legacy systems should be adopted wherever possible; the project therefore also includes installation, structure and data modeling of the application fields described above and subsequent support within the framework of a maintenance and care contract. The points presented here represent the project in general overview. The detailed requirements description (file: "requirements description") is attached as an appendix to the service description and must be observed.

Outsourcing of the data center at the DRV Hessen Allocation of the parking spaces The following parking spaces are to be made available at one location in separate fire compartments. The installation must take place in a separate cage area or room that is only accessible to the client. Location A: - Server 1 area, own fire compartment - Server 2 area, own fire compartment - Backup 1 area, own fire compartment Location B, geo-redundant to location A (distance 200 km, but at least 100 km) - Backup 2 area, own fire compartment Total connected load The client will probably require a total connected load of around 173 kW for the IT systems for the start-up phase. The contractor must provide a 50% connected load per area as an expansion reserve. The connected load is divided between the productive operation of the "server" and the "backup" as follows. - Productive operation server 1: 82.5 kW - Productive operation server 2: 82.5 kW - Backup 1: 4 kW - Backup 2: 4 kW Floor space / cage As a minimum requirement, the server for productive operation is set up in a cage within the total IT area with 19-inch racks (47 U, minimum dimensions 220 x 80 x 120 (height x width x depth in cm). A work area of 1.20 m must be provided in front of and behind the racks. The setup for backup 1 or 2 is to be priced both as a cage variant and for installation in a lockable colo rack (in an "open-colo area"). The interior of a cage must not be visible from the outside (privacy protection). Number of racks Currently, a total of approx. 108 U (height units) are installed due to servers, network, firewall and backup systems, which are independent of The technically possible performance capacity of a single rack must be divided up into the individual areas as a minimum as follows: - Server area 1: approx. 50 U, number of racks: 3 - Server area 2: approx. 50 U, number of racks: 3 - Backup area 1: approx. 12 U, number of racks: 1 - Backup area 2: approx. 12 U, number of racks: 1 The racks are to be provided by the contractor as lockable 19-inch racks with 47 U with the minimum dimensions 220 x 80 x 120 (height x width x depth in cm). As an expansion reserve, the contractor must provide space for 1 rack per server area. No reserve is to be kept for the Backup 1 and 2 areas.
