Contract notice - general guideline, standard regulation open procedure (services) Specialist planning of the technical building equipment Hls Specialist planning of the technical building equipment Hls Specialist planning of the technical building equipment Hls The city of Rüdesheim am Rhein is striving to relocate ... Multiple planning of the technical building equipment Hls Specialist planning of the technical building equipment Hls Specialist planning of the technical building equipment Hls The city of Rüdesheim am Rhein is striving to relocate the sports field on the Rhine promenade. A new sports facility with a clubhouse is to be built at the planned location on Vorderer Lacher Weg. | An engineer is wanted for the specialist planning of the technical building equipment Hlsk for service phases 1-8 (§§ 35 ff Hoai 2021), facility groups 1, 2 and 3. | The order is placed in stages. The first stage of the order comprises service phases 1-3. In the second stage, service phases 4-7 are commissioned. The order for service phase 8 takes place in the third 3 stage. However, there is no entitlement to transfer. The new clubhouse is to be attractive and multifunctional. The sports facility and therefore also the clubhouse are to be used in particular for club sports and school sports. The preliminary plans call for a single-storey clubhouse including roofing with a floor space of approx. 690 m². The planned room layout will meet the club's needs. The following rooms are planned: club room, kitchen, storage/preserves, changing rooms x 4, office, changing rooms (referee) and toilets. A storage room and a technical room are also planned. These are not part of the building, but are connected by a common roof. According to the current plans, the clubhouse is to be built using timber construction on a reinforced concrete foundation with an upstand above the flood level. A photovoltaic system and a green roof are also planned for climate-friendly design. | The issue of accessibility is a priority for the building designers. Measures must be taken into account in principle, in particular since physically and mentally impaired people must also be able to access and use the facility. | When considering the building envelope, answers for sustainable design and energy supply should be formulated wherever possible. The flat or pent roof can, for example, be equipped with a high-performance PV system. It would also be conceivable to green the roof/facade of the clubhouse for a climate-friendly design. | Since the new sports facility is located in the floodplain of the Rhine despite being relocated to the northern area of the Rhine facilities, flood protection measures must be taken for the clubhouse. Adequate solutions must be shown by the project planner. It is imperative that the retention space compensation is taken into account, which can only be implemented to a limited extent. | The subject of this tender are performance phases 1-8 in accordance with Section 55 ff Hoai 2021 (technical equipment). The tender. Services are to be integrated into the planning of the building construction project planner. The building construction project planning was put out to tender separately. The collaboration of the required disciplines is essential. The building construction project planner is responsible for coordination. | The project is funded with federal and state funds. Against this background, a construction audit is required. The city of Rüdesheim am Rhein is in charge. The architect will provide input and support if required. Input for the proof of use audit will still be required after the construction project has been completed. It is currently assumed that the proof of use audit will be completed in autumn 2027."
