The current content management system (CMS) is Scrivito from Infopark, and some areas of the website are still implemented in the previous version, Fiona. The CMS contains around 80,000 websites with around 160,000 assets. This, along with all the websites shown, is the focus of the tender. There are also other web projects in other content management systems such as Wordpress or Typo 3. Around 2,000 editors are currently working in the system with a wide range of previous and specialist knowledge in relation to web editing. In a preliminary project in 2023, the current situation was analyzed, including benchmark analysis and user surveys, and a web strategy was formulated.
