The plan is to set up a system with two fully redundant nodes which will retain all data in the worst-case scenario of a complete failure of one node. A scalable and highly redundant storage system is to be purchased and implemented which must also be prepared for future requirements and have an investment security of at least 7 years. Replacing the existing storage system requires the migration of the existing data to the new storage system. In the above migration, we are only considering the data in the NAS area. We attach great importance to the availability and scalability of the storage system, particularly in view of the upcoming challenges in implementing the tasks in the area of e-government and the expected increase in data. Contract notice – general guideline, standard regulation negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for competition/negotiated procedure (services) Specialist planning in electrical engineering for the implementation of the space requirement planning at the Kirchhain primary school Description: Specialist planning in electrical engineering, in accordance with Part 4, Section 2, Hoai; system groups (4), (5) and ... Multiple planning in electrical engineering for the implementation of the space requirement planning at the Kirchhain primary school Description: Specialist planning in electrical engineering, in accordance with Part 4, Section 2, Hoai; system groups (4), (5) and (6) in accordance with Section 53 Paragraph 2 Hoai for the implementation of the space requirement planning at the Kirchhain primary school. The Kirchhain primary school is a four-stream primary school which is currently attended by around 360 pupils in grades one to four as well as a so-called preparatory class and two preparatory courses and is taught by around 30 teachers. The three school buildings in the northern part of the site, which are arranged as individual, elongated structures parallel to one another, are accessed via individual entrances and connected to one another by an external arcade. Most students enter the school grounds from the north via Pestalozzistrasse. In the south there is another single-storey building, which primarily contains rooms for childcare. House 1 (building 31.001) of the Kirchhain primary school is a 4-storey school building (ground floor to 3rd floor) that was completely renovated in 2011 with funds from the State of Hesse's special investment program and received structured cabling with funds from the Digital Pact for Schools. The administration with the secretariat and school management office are currently housed on the ground floor and classrooms on the upper floors. Houses 2 (building 31.004, 4-storey with basement, basement to 2nd floor) and 3 (building 31.006, 3-storey, ground floor to 2nd floor) are from the 1950s and have been partially renovated. The technical center for the school's heat supply is currently housed in the basement of house 2 (building 31.004). The project is to connect the site to an adjacent district heating network. The inclusion of differentiation rooms, adaptations of the room structures to the pedagogical concept with learning clusters and the requirements for all-day schooling require significant interventions in the existing structure, which may even lead to a partial replacement building to represent the spatial and functional program. In the course of procuring the object planning services for buildings, a proposed solution was developed that is intended as the basis for this process and the further planning steps. The following key data must also be observed during planning and implementation support: - Potential replacement buildings are to be planned/built to passive house standards without certification (including participation in the management of the "phpp" planning tool) - The building is to be planned according to the standards of the Digital Pact for Schools and digital working. In addition to a good network structure with integration into the existing building, full-surface WiFi coverage is a matter of course - Implementation of the requirements for all-day provision - Total project budget to be adhered to: €10.5 million gross - Participation in the planning for the relocation of students (fully or partially) is to be carried out (supplying the interim accommodation with media) - Federal funding for the expansion of all-day provision is sought. This is intended to achieve partial financing, which requires a special documentation obligation for the planning services. Support is required from the specialist planning services in question, such as details of LED lighting and the control of electrical systems. A lighting concept is to be developed for the teaching room and the cafeteria in the building. Due to the high energy standards, a PV system is to be planned.
