Multi-structural planning as part of the project to build a new sports and event hall in Nidda and to construct the outdoor facilities, Nidda High School, Gymnasiumstr. 1, 63667 Nidda Specialist planning services for structural planning as part of the project to build a new sports and event hall in Nidda and to construct the outdoor facilities, Nidda High School, Gymnasiumstr. 1, 63667 Niddan. For further information on the construction project and the scope of services, please refer to the construction, object and service description attached as Appendix 01. Structural planning as part of the project to build a new sports and event hall in Nidda and to construct the outdoor facilities, Nidda High School, Gymnasiumstr. 1, 63667 Nidda. A new three-court sports hall for school and club sports is to be built for Nidda High School. For this purpose, the City of Nidda has parceled out plot 606/10 in the Nidda district on Gymnasiumstrasse and decided to draw up a new development plan for this area. The City of Nidda is to carry out development work on Gymnasiumstrasse so that the sports hall can be connected as soon as construction begins. Optionally, the sports hall or parts of the building can also be built on another plot of land. The sports hall is to be used for physical education classes at the high school and will be available for clubs and events in the afternoons and evenings and at weekends. Different entrances must be planned for this. At present, a 3-court sports hall is expected to serve as a meeting place with spectator stands for around 500 visitors. The space program should include, among other things, the sports areas, a kitchen and a foyer area, as well as a gymnastics room, ancillary and storage rooms and sanitary areas. As the space program has not yet been finally clarified, it should be further developed and finalized as part of the first phase. The site for the currently favored location lies, among other things: - in the Nidda floodplain - in the drinking water protection area and - in the mineral spring protection area. During the first phase, the foundation issue and preliminary statics must be clarified in advance. The foundation of the hall will probably have to be built on piles in close coordination with the regional council and other public interest groups, among other things. The sports hall is to be connected to the school's existing media lines, such as the electroacoustic loudspeaker system (ela), fire alarm system (bma), IT, etc. For this, road crossings must be planned, among other things. The sports hall may also have its own systems. The new sports hall is to be connected to a local heating network. Other heating systems are optionally possible or not excluded. As part of the planning, the implementation of greening part of the roof and facade areas must be checked. It must also be checked during the planning process whether and in what size a PV system can be planned in an economically viable manner. For further details and the scope of the planning services to be provided in the area of the supporting structure and the planned stages A to E, please refer to the construction, object and service description attached as Appendix 01. The bidders can only submit a fee offer (according to Appendix 09 offer form in Excel format or Appendix 10 offer form in PDF format) for the construction project. The corresponding eligible costs are already specified in the offer form and must not be changed. This also applies to the other content. The services are commissioned in stages. Initially, the order for service phases 1-2 (stage A) is placed, and after request and written notification, service phases 3 (stage B), service phase 4 (stage C), service phases 5-7 (stage D), service phases 8-9 (stage E). The contractor does not generate any entitlement to the order for stages Be by submitting an offer for the complete scope of services. The client may order the services for stages Be without first carrying out a further award procedure to the contractor, or may refrain from placing a further order without stating reasons (see Section 3 Special Contract Terms).

Part 4, Section 2, Hoai; Plant groups (4) and (5) Gem. Section 53, Paragraph 2 Hoai for the extension of the Dillwiesenschule, Ehringshausen. There are currently around 210 pupils in 11 classes, including one intensive class, in grades 1-4 at the Dillwiesenschule. The primary school has 11 classrooms, a computer room, an auditorium and two small differentiation rooms available for this purpose. The two-storey school building in the "shoemaker type" design was built in 1958 with a 2-storey classroom wing with a total of 4 classrooms, an adjoining staircase, a single-storey administration building and an adjoining toilet building and was expanded to include additional classrooms in 1961 and 1969. In 2011, the building was completely renovated as part of the Federal and State Economic Stimulus Program II, upgraded to provide fire protection and added extensions for an auditorium and care. In the meantime, the need for special rooms (workshop, music room, teaching kitchen or art room) has increased at the primary school and the primary school is developing towards three classes due to growing student numbers, which requires additional classrooms and space for lunch and afternoon care. Meals will continue to be taken in the adjacent cafeteria of the Johannes Gutenberg School. The project planning office Hundt + Swoboda, Hüttenberg, which has already been commissioned by the building department - schools of the Lahn-Dill district, has taken the building planning into performance phase 2 and prepared planning documents and a preliminary cost estimate. Extracts from the documents are attached to this document for information. Construction on the expansion measure is scheduled to begin in mid-2025.
