A) Seminar on "personality and leadership behavior" The aim of the seminar on "personality and leadership behavior" is for participants to further strengthen their self-competence (credibility, openness to change, self-management, holistic thinking, delegation, optimism, decision-making ability, goal-oriented leadership, consistency) and their social competence (communication skills, conflict resolution skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork skills, cooperation skills, integration skills).
