The scope of services for winter service includes clearing and spreading grit on non-public areas, public sidewalks and parking lots including disabled parking spaces as well as removing grit after the end of the cold period/winter season and removing snow. Constant observation of the objects and the weather situation must be ensured. The maximum response time for winter service is one hour when snowfall or ice begins to form.
