The Office Of The Solicitor General, Through Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (php1,400,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Ict Equipment: Supply, Delivery And Installation Of Semi-expendable Communication Equipment: Wi-fi Enabled Voice Over Ip (voip) Phones Fy 2025 / Osg Pr No. 024-11-247 (epa2025). Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Osg Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Shall Be Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed.
