Description Invitation To Bid For Procurement And Subscription Of 1-year Cloud And Server Virtualization Software With On-site Support Services 1. The Office Of The Solicitor General, Through Republic Act (ra) No. 11975 Or The General Appropriations Act Of Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million And Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱4,300,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement And Subscription Of 1-year Cloud And Server Virtualization Software With On-site Support Services / Osg Pr No. 024-08-160. Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Osg Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery - 10 Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). The Bidder Shall Have A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) That Is At Least One (1) Similar Contract, Completed Within Five (5 Years Prior To The Deadline For The Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Ra No. 9184.
