The Office Of The President, Through The General Appropriation Act (gaa) Fy 2024 And/or Gaa Fy 2023 Continuing Appropriations Intends To Apply The Sum Of ₱6,601,680.00 [lot 7 – Brand New Passenger Van, 2.8l Diesel Engine, 16 Valve Dual Overhead Camshaft (dohc), Euro-4, 6-speed Automatic Transmission, At Least 10-seating Capacity] Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Seven (7) Lots Supply And Delivery Of Twenty (20) Units Brand New Service Motor Vehicle For Fy 2023 For The Re-fleeting Program Of The Office Of The President With Purchase Request Number 23-06-0920 Dated June 23, 2023 (third Negotiated Procurement – Two Failed Biddings For Lot 7). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. In View Of The Two (2) Failed Competitive Biddings, The Office Of The President Now Invites Interested Bidders To Participate In The Negotiation And Bids For The Above Procurement Project, In Accordance With Section 53.1 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days For Lot 7 Upon Receipt Of The Ntp. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). A.
