Bagong Pag-asa, Diliman, Quezon City, 1105 Scope Of The Project The Hrmd Is In Need Of A Catering Service/meal/event Provider For The 8th Compliance Of Mcle Activity That Will Meet The Following Requirements/deliverables: 1. Managed Buffet For All Meal Requirements. Meals Should Include The Following For The Whole Duration Of The Training Programs: □ Am Snacks (serving Time 9:00 Am); □ Lunch (serving Time 11:30 Am); And □ Pm Snacks (serving Time 3:00 Pm). 2. Meal Inclusions: 2.1 Am Snacks Inclusive Of At Least Pasta With Bread Or Noodles Or Sandwich And Unlimited Cold Juice/iced Tea 2.2 Lunch Inclusive Of Steamed Rice, Main Course With At Least Two (2) Viands Combination Of Beef, Chicken, Fish And Pork, With Vegetables (jalal), Soup And/or Salad/dessert, And One (1) Cold Soft Drinks. 2.3 Pm Snacks Inclusive Of Pasta With Bread Or Noodles Or Sandwich, And Unlimited Cold Juice/iced Tea. 2.4 Am Snacks And Pm Snacks Should Not Be The Same For The Day. 2.5 With Provision Of Mineral Water (in Water Dispenser), Flowing Coffee And Tea, Candies/mints/nuts During The Workshop. (coffee Station All Set By 7:00 Am) 3. Appropriate Utensils Needed For Catering Services 4. Inclusive Of Tables And Chairs With Cloth Set-up. 5. Rubber Mats For The Buffet Area. 6. One Long Table For Registration With Ten (10) Monobloc Chairs. Operation And Control. The Provider Shall Submit A Copy Of Their Business Permit, Sanitation Permit And All Other Relevant Government Permits During Their Offer Of Quotation As Part Of Eligibility. Sanitation. Proper Sanitation In Accordance With Law (under "food Establishment" As Stipulated In Presidential Decree No. 856) Shall Be Observed At All Times. The Provider Shall Guarantee That Food Is Prepared In Accordance With Sanitation Law And Shall Maintain Safe And Clean Food, Equipment And Other Facilities In The Surrounding Areas Of The Activity. Waste Management. The Provider Shall Manage Wet And Dry Garbage Properly And Also Place Covered Garbage Disposal Bins Around The Training Venue. Hauling, Transport And Disposal Of Used Utensils, Plastic Plates, Plastic Bottles And Other Waste Materials Shall Be The Provider's Responsibility. The Provider Shall Assign A Point Person To Coordinate With Hrmd Regarding The Schedule Of Conduct Of The Training Program And Its Requirement. The Provider Must Submit Very Satisfactory Rating Of The Same Activity (seminar/training) From At Least 2 (1 Government/1 Private) Clients As Part Of Eligibility. The Provider Must Provide Adequate Staff To Setup Food, Utensils, Banquet Table And At Least 2 Uniformed Waiters And 2 Uniformed Waitresses During The Activity. Setup Must Be Done One (1) Day Before The Event. The Proposed Menu Must Be Submitted For Approval. A Food Tasting Will Be Conducted As Scheduled By The Assigned Office Evaluators To Determine Whether The Meals To Be Served During The Activity Have Passed The Standards. The Provider Must Obtain An Overall Rating Of At Least 90% Based On The Following Criteria For Selection: Criteria Percentage: Taste And Quality Of Food 50% Serving Size/balanced Menu/complimentary Dishes 35% Food Variety/options 15% Total 100%
