Scope Of Work 1. For The Quarterly Preventive Maintenance, Service, Repair And Replacement Of All Damage Parts Are Included; 2. Activities Performed Shall Include But Not Limited To: Inspection Of All Components, Adjustment Of Settings, Replacement Of Parts, Calibration Of Sensors, Review And Test Of Protective Alarms, Tightening Of Terminal Connections, Vacuum Cleaning, Pressure Washing Etc.; 3. Quarterly Check-up Of Operating Parameters Like Volts, Amperes, Temperatures, Humidity, Sensitivity, Operating Pressures, Current Draw, Whichever Is Applicable; 4. Quarterly Check-up Of Drive Belts, Cleaning Of Condensate Drain, Blower Shaft Assembly; 5. Four Quarterly Check-up Of Electrical Components To Ensure Correct Voltage And Amperage Draws; 6. Quarterly Check-up Of Unit For Conformance To Temperature And Humidity Set-points; 7. Quarterly Check-up Of Unit For Signs Of Refrigerant Leaks; 8. Quarterly Check-up Of Refrigeration System For Proper Operation 9. Quarterly Check-up And Cleaning Of Evaporator And Condenser Units; 10. Quarterly Check-up And Cleaning Of Air Filters; 11. Quarterly Check-up And Cleaning Of Evaporator And Condenser Motor / Fans; 12. Quarterly Check-up Of Microprocessor Controls And Its Parameters For Temperature Conformance; 13. Recommended Course Of Action To Follow By User To Avoid Unnecessary Downtime In Between The Schedule; 14. Other Useful Information To Assist Omb Maintenance Personnel In The Analysis Of Abnormalities. Information May Be Obtained By Way Of Coordination With The Equipment's Manufacturer Or Supplier; 15. Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Will Be Scheduled By Omb Maintenance Team. 16. Must Submit Quarterly Certificate Of Calibration Of The Humidity Ii. Preventive Maintenance Provide Regular On-site Preventive Maintenance Services To Pacu Equipment. Such Services Shall Include Standard Cleaning, Adjusting, Inspection, Calibration And Testing Procedures Designed To Ensure That The Equipment Stays In Good Working Condition As Well As To Reduce The Possibility Of Equipment Failure. It Shall Be Performed Once Every Quarter. Iii. Response Time Within Two (2) Hours Upon Receipt Of Call. Must Provide List Of Accredited Engineers That Can Be Contacted 24/7. Iv. Service Reports Shall Submit A Comprehensive Service Report For Every Equipment Immediately After Every Visit And A Compiled Report With Signature. V. Inclusion Replacement And Repair Of All Major And Minor Parts And Consumables Such As, But Not Limited To, Condensing Motor/fan, Refrigerant Gas, And Other Pacu Components For The Equipment To Function As Required. Vi. Knowledge Transfer 1. Knowledge Transfer And Recommendation On The Proper Use Of Equipment. Vii. Warranty And Delivery 1. Workmanship Warranty Of 90 Calendar Days After The Last Quarterly Pm. 2. Service Delivery Within 90 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Ntp Or Similar Notice.
