The Service Provider Must Have Proven Capability And Good Track Record In The Catering Service Industry With A Minimum Relevant Experience Of Five (5) Years; 3. The Service Provider Must Be Flexible To The Requirements Of The End-user, 4. The Service Provider Must Accept Send Bill Arrangement For Payment. Contract Execution: • The Purchase Order Shall Commence Upon The Service Provider's Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp) And With The Instruction From The End-user. Validity Of Contract: • The Contract Is Valid Upon The Service Provider's Receipt Of The Ntp Until 31 December 2024 Or The Contract Price Has Been Fully Consummated. Delivery Place: • Ground Floor, Ndrrmc Building, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City Post Qualification: • The Procuring Entity Shall Conduct Food Tasting During Inspection. • The Supplier Shall Ensure That The Quality, Appearance, And Taste Of Food Shall Be The Same At The Time Of Delivery. Other Requirements • Freshly Cooked Meals Must Be Prepared On A Daily Basis. • The Supplier Must Have And Submit A Copy Of Its Sanitary And Health Permit/clearance As Part Of The Technical Process. • The End-user Shall Notify The Supplier Regarding The Actual Number Of Food Packs To Be Delivered At Least Five (5) Hours Before The Time Of Delivery • The Meals And Snack Requirements Are Consumable And Are Not Required To Be Delivered For 143 Calendar Days Straight Unless Otherwise Needed.
