The Office Of Civil Defense Intends Procure “procurement Of Manpower Services (security Services) For Central Office And Ncr Regional Office For The Period Of Six (6) Months” With An Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of Three Million Seven Hundred Thirty One Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Two Pesos And 92/100 (php3,731,362.92). 2.
