Description 1. The Office Of Civil Defense, Through The Fy 2024 Gas (capital Outlay), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million Seven Hundred Ninety-three Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-five Pesos And 92/100 (php 9,793,325.92) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Replacement And Upgrading Of Pabx Installation System And Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Testing, Tagging And Commissioning Of Structured Cabling For The New Administration Building. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Office Of Civil Defense Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required As Specified In Section Vi: Schedules Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. (instructions To Bidders). 3.
