Description Provision Of Transportation (van Rental) For The Conduct Of Rrms Year-end Assessment 2024 Cum Rrms Monthly Meeting • Date Of Event: 12 To 15 November 2024 (subject To Change Upon Confirmation Of Both Parties) • Venue: To Be Determined Within Metro Manila • No Of Participants: 60 Pax • No. Of Days To Be Utilized: 3 Days Requirements For The Vehicles: • Type Of Vehicle: Van • Must Be At Least 2018 Model • Must Be At Least 12-seater Van And Can Accommodate At Least 10 Pax Per Vehicle Per Trip Including Baggage • Airconditioning System Of The Vehicle Must Be Fully Functional And Operational • At Least With Usb Ports For Charging Service Provider Must: • All Drivers Must Be Covid-19 Fully Vaccinated • Must Conduct Routine Vehicle Check-up Using Blowbagets (stand For Battery, Lights, Oil, Water, Brake, Air, Gas, Engine, Tire And Self) Checklist Prior To Usage. • Pay For Toll And Parking Fees As May Be Necessary • Have The Vehicles Duly Registered Under The Name Of The Rental Company. • Provide For Fuel, Oil And Lubricants For The Vehicles. • Have Passenger Insurance. • Have Early Warning Device And Portable Fire Extinguisher In The Vehicle. • Provide Food And Accommodations For The Drivers. • Cover All Expenses For Emergency Repair/check-up During The Period Covered. Other Terms And Conditions: • Payment: Must Accept Send-bill Policy As Payment For Services. • Quoted Prices Must Be Inclusive Of Applicable Fees And Taxes, And Charges For Incidental Services. • Payment Will Be Processed Upon Completion Of The Service And Receipt Of Statement Of Account • The Procuring Entity Reserves The Right To Terminate The Contract In Case Of Poor Performance, Or In The Event That The Need For Such Service Becomes Unnecessary. • Chargeability: Drrm Fund Augmentation
