Provider Requirements: • Conduct Routine Vehicle Check-up Using Blowbagets (battery, Lights, Oil, Water, Break, Gas, Engine, Tire, And Self) Prior To Usage; • Must Allow A Maximum Of Ten (10) Passengers (excluding Driver) Per Travel; • Seats Shall Be Cleaned And Sanitized; • Pay For Toll And Parking Fees As May Be Necessary; • Provide, Fuel, Oil, And Lubricants For The Vehicles; • Provide Food And Accommodation For The Driver As Necessary; • Cover All Expenses For Emergency Repairs/check-up During The Period Covered; • Seatbelts For Passengers And Driver, And Safety Gadgets For Fire; • Inclusive Of Comprehensive Insurance Coverage (cic), Third Party Liability (tbl), Bold Injury (bi) And Auto Passenger Insurance Coverage (apic); • Provide A Replacement Vehicle/s Within 1-2 Hours In Case Of Any Malfunction In The Initial Vehicle Provided. Terms Of Payment: Must Accept Send Bill Policy As Payment For Services. Payment Will Be Processed Upon Completion Of Each Activity And Receipt Of Statement Of Account Quoted Prices Must Be Inclusive Of Applicable Fees And Taxes, And Charges For Incidental Services. Other Terms: The Procuring Entity Reserves The Right To Terminate The Contract In Case Of Poor Performance, Or In The Event That The Need For Such Service Becomes Unnecessary.
