Description Terms Of Reference: 1. Valid And Regular License To Operate (lto) Issued By The Philippine National Police (pnp) For The Current Year. Provisional Lto Will Not Be Accepted; 2. The Service Provider Shall Provide Four (4) Security Personnel (2 For Day Shift And 2 For Night Shift Based On This Regional Office Requirement/s); 2. The Service Provider Must Be Duly Licensed And Registered With Proper Operating Permits And Compliant With The Statutory Requirements; 3. The Service Provider Shall Pay The Mandatory Contributions Of Security Personnel To Sss, Philhealth, Pag - Ibig, Bir And Other Related Contributions Remittances; 4. Must Be At Least Five (5) Years In Frontline Security Services; 5. Must Be Compliant With The Provisions Of Ra 11917 "the Private Security Services Industry Act" 6. With At Least 100 Licensed Security Personnel Under Its Employ, (supported By Duly Signed List Of Existing Manpower Compliment As Of June 2024)
