The Office Of Civil Defense Regional Office 1, Through The Regular Fund (ndrrmc/ocd Donated Fund), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 4,300,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Seawater Desalination Machine For The Province Of Ilocos Norte. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Office Of Civil Defense Regional Office 1 Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required As Specified In The Section Vi: Schedules Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. (instructions To Bidders). 3.
