With Reference To The Central Office Reply Letter Approving The Request Amounting To Eight Million Four Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Pesos And 73/100 (php 8,475,680.73) Dated September 27, 2024, Installation Of Fire Detection Alarm System (fdas) And Automatic Fire Sprinkler System (afss) For Ocd Ix Warehouse And Admin Building Under Gas 2024 Capital Outlay, The Office Of Civil Defense Ix Through The Afms/gsu Intends To Apply The Sum Being The Total Approved Budget Contract For The Project As Follows: Lot No.: Ocd 2024-004-1 Lot 1 Description Procurement Of Supplies, Plan, Design, Installation And Commissioning Of Addressable Fire Detection Alarm System (fdas) And Integrated Automatic Fire Sprinkler System (afss) For Ocd Ix Warehouse And Admin Building Approved Budget Of Contract: Php 8,475,680.73 Total: Php 8,475,680.73 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Office Of Civil Defense Ix Now Invites Bids For Above Procurement Project. Delivery And Installation Of The Goods Is Required As Specified In Section Vi: Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184.
