Description Date Of Event: September 25-27, 2024 Destination: Any Area Within Zamboanga Peninsula Origin: Any Area Within Zamboanga Peninsula Inclusive Dates: 25-27 Sept 2024 Origin: Any Area Within Zamboanga Peninsula Destination: Any Area Within Zamboanga Peninsula No. Of Vehicles: 2 No. Of Days: 3 Origin: Any Area Within Zamboanga Peninsula Destination: Any Area Within Zamboanga Peninsula Requirements For The Vehicle: Type Of Vehicle: Van Must Be At Least A 2022 Model Capacity: At Least Twelve (12) Seater The Service Provider Must: *provide Driver/s That Are Professional, Courteous, And Early. *must Allow A Maximum Of Twelve (12) Passengers (excluding The Driver) Per Travel. *must Provide At Least One (1) Standby Driver As A Replacement In Case The Assigned Duty Driver Gets Sick/ Not Fit To Drive During The Activity Period; *must Have A Portable Fire Extinguisher For Each Vehicle; * Must Conduct Routine Vehicle Check-ups Using Blowbagets (stands For Battery, Lights, Oil, Water, Brake, Gas, Engine, Tire, And Self) Checklist Before Usage; *provide Food And Accommodation For The Driver/s As Necessary; *cover All Expenses For Emergency Repairs/check-ups During The Period Covered. Other Terms: The Procuring Entity Reserves The Right To Terminate The Contract In Case Of Poor Performance, Or If The Need For Such Service Becomes Unnecessary. Payment: Payment Will Be Processed Upon Completion Of Each Activity And Receipt Of The Statement Of Account The Quoted Price Must Include All Government Taxes, Duties, And Fees.
