With Reference To The Central Office Reply Letter Approving The Request Amounting To One Million Twenty – Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (php 1,029,700.00) Dated August 13, 2024, For Regular Fund 2024, The Office Of Civil Defense Ix Through The Afms/gsu Intends To Apply The Sum Being The Total Approved Budget Contract For The Project As Follows: Lot No.: Ocd 2024-001 Lot 1 Description: Procurement Of Office Furnitures And Fixtures, Cubicles And Partition For Chief Of Offices: Afms, Pdps, Rrms And Cbts Approved Budget Of Contract: Php 1,029,700.00 Total: Php 1,029,700.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Office Of Civil Defense Ix Now Invites Bids For Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods/nfis Is Required As Specified In Section Vi: Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. (i) Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The Irr Of Ra 9184. 4.
