Description I Location: Ocd-car, 55 First Road, Quezon Hill, Baguio City Ii Schedule Of Event: August 16, 2024 Iii Specifications: Engagement Of A Certifying Body To Provide A Re-certification Audit For The Issuance Of Iso 9001:2015 To The Ocd Car Scope Of Work: The Iso Certifying Body Shall Conduct The Following For The Issuance Of Ocd Car’s Iso 9001:2015. A. Assess The Effectiveness And Compliance To Qms With Iso 9001:2015 Standards; B. Identify Areas Of Improvement, Non-conformities, And Opportunities For Further Enhancement; C. Provide Recommendations For Corrective And Preventive Actions; D. Issue A Detailed Audit Report; E. Issue A Re-certification Statement And Certificate If The Organization Is Found To Be Compliance; F. Conduct Re-certification Audit (stage 1 And Stage 2); Certifying Body’s Qualification Requirements: The Certifying Body Should Have Adequate Technical And Management Capability In Conducting The Iso 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit. Likewise, The Certifying Body Should Have The Capacity To Deploy A Team With A Minimum Of Two (2) Key Experts (lead Auditor And Member/s Of The Audit Team) Based On The Qualifications Of Key Personnel. Hence, The Certifying Body Shall Be Evaluated Based On The Following Criteria: A. The Certifying Body Must Have The Appropriate Experience And Good Track Record With More Than 10 Years Of Auditing Experience And Must Provide The Following: • Company Profile Highlighting A Minimum Of 30 Related Government Certification Projects For Quality Management Systems And At Least 15 Successful Certifications To The 2015 Version Of The Iso 9001 Standard • Complete And Clear Scope Of Work And Implementation Methodology • Curriculum Vitae Of The Proposed Certification Audit Team With Audit Experience Relevant To This Project. • Philgeps Platinum Registration Certificate. B. The Certifying Body Should Be Accredited By The Department Of Trade And Industry- Philippine Accreditation Bureau (dti-pab) With Pns Iso/ec 17021:2011 To Provide Quality Management Systems (qms) Certification To Iso 9001:2015. Furthermore, The Certifying Body Shall Have A Locally Sec-registered Office Accredited To Both The Philippine Accreditation Bureau And An International Accreditation Body. Qualification And Competencies: The Key Personnel Of The Certifying Body Shall Have Qms Audit Experience On Government Institutions Of At Least 6 Years For The Lead Auditor And Atleast 4 Years For The Team Members Supported With The Audit Team’s Profile Or Auditors’ Curriculum Vitae; Lead Auditor Should Possess The Following Qualification: • Completion Of Bachelor’s And/or Master’s Degree Relevant To Management • Have At Least 6 Years Of Experience In Auditing Both Private And Government Institutions To Iso Qms Certification, Including Iso 9001:2015 Audit Team Members Should Possess The Following Qualification: • Completion Of Bachelor’s Degree • Have At Least 4 Years Of Experience In Auditing Both Private And Government Institutions To Iso Qms Certification Including Iso 9001:2015 Duration Of Engagement, Timeline, And Level Of Effort • The Audit Is Scheduled To Be Conducted During The Following Timeline Subject To The Availability Of Both Parties: • Re-certification – August 16, 2024 • Payment Will Be Made After The Issuance Of Audit Report To The Ocd Car • The Engagement Of The Certifying Body Will Terminate After The Issuance Of The Final Audit Report To Ocd Car On August 30, 2024. Iv Other Requirement: -shall Accept Changes Of Schedule In Case Of Activation Of Red/blue Alert At The Cordillera Rdrrmc Operations Center. V Condition: 1. The Procuring Entity Reserves The Right To Terminate The Contract In Case Of Poor Performance, Or In The Event That The Need For Such Service Becomes Unnecessary. 2.
