The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Head Architect: B.Arch with minimum 10 years of experience - Architect: B.Arch with minimum 05 years of experience - Engineer (Building): B.Tech(Civil) with minimum 03 years of experience or Diploma(Civil) with minimum 05 years of experience - Engineer (Electrical): B.Tech(Electrical) with minimum 3 years of experience or Diploma(Elec) with minimum 5 years of experience The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - Maximum 7.5 marks for each of the 4 similar projects - At least 70 marks to be considered for opening of financial bid - 70% weightage to Quality and 30% weightage to cost in the evaluation process. The bidder should have experience in similar projects, with a minimum of 70% of desired experience to be allotted 1.25 marks, and full marks to be given if the desired experience criteria is fulfilled.
