The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in execution of Building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) components. The bidder should have satisfactorily executed three similar nature of works each costing Rs. 89,68,994.00 (40% of bid value) or more, or two similar nature of works each costing Rs. 1,12,11,243.00 (50% of bid value) or more, or one similar nature of work costing Rs. 1,79,37,988.00 (80% of bid value) or more in the last five years. Alternatively, the bidder must satisfy at least one of the following conditions: a. 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value. b. 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. c. 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. The bidder is required to have experience in at least one project (10 marks) or two projects (20 marks) with a cost more than the bid value. The evaluation criteria include: i. One Project (10 Marks) ii. Two Projects (20 marks) The bidder should furnish a list of works executed during the last five years, duly certified by the concerned authority, indicating satisfactory completion for Civil, P.H., & Electrical works. The total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years should be furnished, with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 50% of the bid value for 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components - 80% of the bid value for 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components - Rs. 3 crores as the threshold for applying the bid capacity criteria - 10% per year as the rate of inflation for escalation factor - 1% of the contract value that may be withheld from the next payment certificate if the contractor does not submit an updated programme. - Rs. 89,68,994.00 (40% of bid value) - Rs. 1,12,11,243.00 (50% of bid value) - Rs. 1,79,37,988.00 (80% of bid value)
