The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) components. The required experience includes: 1. 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value, which is Rs. 1,37,86,816.00. 2. 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value, which is Rs. 1,72,33,520.00. 3. 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value, which is Rs. 2,75,73,632.00. The bidder should have experience in execution of Building works with MEP, the cost of which is more than the bid value of this tender. The evaluation criteria for previous experience are as follows: - One Project: 10 Marks - Two Projects: 20 Marks The bidder needs to provide information on the total value of works completed in the last five years, with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. The value of works to be considered is above Rs 3.00 crore. Additionally, the bidder should furnish a list of works executed during the last five years, duly certified by the concerned authority, indicating satisfactory completion for Civil, P.H., & Electrical works. The bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding should be more than the total estimated cost of the works. The assessed available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the current price level, and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the succeeding period. The bidder is also required to have a minimum of 80% marks for ownership of principal machineries/equipment's as per Annexure-I of Schedule-C. The average turnover of the company in the last five financial years should not be less than Rs.50.00 Crore, in case of works executed in Public or Private Limited Companies. The base year for calculation is 2024-25. The bidder should have a total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years, for which a certificate from a Chartered Accountant is to be furnished. The bidder needs to meet specific requirements as per the works department office memorandum for works above Rs 3.00 crore. The percentages of similar works completed that are mentioned are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the bid value.
