The bidder should have satisfactorily executed similar nature of works with the following requirements: - Three similar works each costing Rs. 2,83,21,061.00 (40% of bid value) or more, - Two similar works each costing Rs. 3,54,01,326.00 (50% of bid value) or more, - One similar work costing Rs. 5,66,42,122.00 (80% of bid value) or more in the current or last five years. Alternatively, the bidder must satisfy at least one of the following conditions during the last 5 years: - 3 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing(MEP) components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value. - 2 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing(MEP) components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. - 1 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing(MEP) components each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. The bidder is required to have previous experience in execution of Building works with MEP, the cost of which is more than the bid value of this tender. The evaluation criteria for this experience are as follows: - One Project: 10 marks - Two Projects: 20 marks The bidder should provide documentary evidence for this experience, with a maximum of two projects considered during the evaluation process. Additionally, the bidder is required to furnish information on the total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years.
