The bidder must also satisfy at least one of the following conditions during the last 5 years: a. 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value. b. 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. c. 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in works with a value more than the bid value of this tender.
