The bidder should have satisfactorily executed three similar nature of works in Govt./ PSUs/ Public Limited Companies/ Private Limited Companies each costing Rs. 1,49,61,023.00 (40% of bid value) or more, or two similar nature of works each costing Rs. 1,87,01,279.00 (50% of bid value) or more, or one similar nature of work costing Rs. 2,99,22,047.00 (80% of bid value) or more in the current or last five years. The bidder must also satisfy at least one of the following conditions during the last 5 years: a. 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value. b. 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. c. 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in works with a value more than the bid value of this tender. The exact percentage is not specified, but the bidder should have completed works with a value of at least Rs. 3 crores in the last five years to be eligible for the bid.
