The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily executed similar nature of works in the last five years, with specific requirements such as: - Three similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 86,43,832.00 (40% of bid value) or more - Two similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 1,08,04,790.00 (50% of bid value) or more - One similar nature of work, costing Rs. 1,72,87,664.00 (80% of bid value) or more Alternatively, the bidder must satisfy at least one of the following conditions: - 3 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) components, each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value - 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value - 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value The value of work will be considered equivalent to the amount received as per the TDS certificates. The bidder needs to provide documentary evidence of the previous experience, with a maximum of two projects considered, and escalation factor not allowed. The evaluation criteria for prior work experience include: - One Project: 10 Marks - Two Projects: 20 Marks The bidder should furnish a list of works executed during the last five years, duly certified by the concerned authority, indicating the satisfactory completion of Civil, P.H., and Electrical works.
