The required prior work experience for the bidder includes execution of Building works with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components. The experience requirements are as follows: - 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value, with a cost of Rs. 1,91,21,452.00 or more. - 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value, with a cost of Rs. 1,19,50,908.00 or more. - 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value, with a cost of Rs. 95,60,726.00 or more. The bidder can submit a maximum of two projects for consideration, with marks allocation of 10 marks for one project and 20 marks for two projects. The cost of the previous work should be more than the bid value of the tender, which is above Rs 3 crores. The bidder should furnish a list of works executed during the last five years, duly certified by the concerned authority, indicating satisfactory completion for Civil, P.H. & Electrical works.
