The bidder is required to have prior work experience in execution of Building works with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) components. The experience requirements are as follows: - 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. - Alternatively, 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. - Alternatively, 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value. Specific amounts are also mentioned: - Three similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 1,35,44,020.00 (40% of bid value) or more. - Two similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 1,69,30,025.00 (50% of bid value) or more. - One similar nature of work, costing Rs. 2,70,88,040.00 (80% of bid value) or more. The bidder can submit a maximum of two projects for evaluation, with the following marks allocation: - One Project: 10 Marks - Two Projects: 20 marks The cost of the work should be more than the bid value of this tender. The bidder needs to provide documentary evidence to support their claims. The works should be above Rs 3.00 crore. The bidder should furnish a list of works executed during the last five years, duly certified by the concerned authority, indicating satisfactory completion for Civil, P.H. & Electrical works. The bidder should provide details of employees engaged by the bidder in his payroll, and previous experience in execution of Building works with MEP components, with the cost of which is more than the bid value of this tender, with documentary evidence to be enclosed. The bidder's experience in installation of lift and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) is not mandatory, and the lack of such experience will not lead to disqualification. The current price level for similar nature of work will be taken into consideration as per escalation factor. The escalation factor for costs of works executed and financial figures is applied, with multiplying factors for each year: 1.10 for one year, 1.21 for two years, 1.33 for three years, 1.46 for four years, and 1.61 for five years.
