The required prior work experience for the bidder includes two options: a) Having experience of at least Rs. 7403545/- (Seventy-four Lakhs Three Thousand Five Hundred Forty-five Only) in one single contract in one financial year, or b) Having experience of at least 40% of the estimated contract value, i.e., Rs. 14807090/- (One crore Forty-eight Lakh Seven Thousand Ninety Only) in multiple contracts in one financial year. Alternatively, the bidder should have experience of Transportation with Manufacturer / PSU / OSCSC / Govt. Dept. / Public Ltd. Company/Private Limited Company dealing in the field of Food grains, Sugar, Paddy/ Coarse grains or any other non-toxic commodity, with: a) At least 20% of the estimated contract value, i.e., Rs. 7403545/- (Seventy-four Lakhs Three Thousand Five Hundred Forty-five Only) in one single contract in one financial year, or b) At least 40% of the estimated contract value, i.e., Rs. 14807090/- (One crore Forty-eight Lakh Seven Thousand Ninety Only) in multiple contracts in one financial year. The experience details should be furnished in the prescribed Proforma, supported by an experience certificate issued by the client(s). Tenderers without the requisite experience may participate by providing an undertaking to submit an additional security of 2% of the contract value from a Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank.
