a) 20% of the estimated contract value, i.e., Rs. 5099466/- (Fifty Lakhs Ninety-nine Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-six Only) in one single contract in one financial year.
OR
b) 40% of the estimated contract value, i.e., Rs. 10198933/- (One Crore One Lakh Ninety-eight Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-three Only) in multiple contracts in one financial year.
The formulas for calculating the experience value are:
- 20% of the estimated contract value
- 40% of the estimated contract value
Additionally, the tenderer should furnish a capability certificate of Rs. Two Crores for each Block/ULB Level Contract from any Scheduled Nationalized Bank.
The bid capacity can also be determined by the rate per quintal for transportation of Paddy and CMR separately in Rs. per Quintal, with rates to be quoted for two slabs:
- 40-80 KM: 0.28
- Beyond 80 KM: 0.28
Alternatively, the bid capacity required is:
a) Rs. 5099466/- (Fifty Lakhs Ninetynine Thousand Four Hundred Sixtysix Only) in one single contract in one financial year.
OR
b) 40% of the estimated contract value i.e. Rs. 10198933/-(One crore One Lakh Ninetyeight Thousand Nine Hundred Thirtythree Only) in multiple contracts in one financial year.

Technical Capacity
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes two options:

b) Experience of at least 40% of the estimated contract value, which is Rs. 10198933/-(One crore One Lakh Ninetyeight Thousand Nine Hundred Thirtythree Only), in multiple contracts in one financial year.
Alternatively, the bidder should have experience of Transportation with Manufacturer / PSU / OSCSC / Govt. Dept. / Public Ltd. Company/Private Limited Company dealing in the field of Food grains, Sugar, Paddy/ Coarse grains or any other non-toxic commodity, with:
a) At least 20% of the estimated contract value, which is Rs. 5099466/- (Fifty Lakhs Ninetynine Thousand Four Hundred Sixtysix Only), in one single contract in one financial year,
OR
b) At least 40% of the estimated contract value, which is Rs. 10198933/-(One crore One Lakh Ninetyeight Thousand Nine Hundred Thirtythree Only), in multiple contracts in one financial year.
The experience details should be furnished in the prescribed Proforma, supported by experience certificate issued by client(s) on their letter head. Tenderers without the requisite experience may participate subject to providing an undertaking for an additional security in the form of Bank Guarantee @ 2% of the contract value.
