The bid capacity required in the given tender includes: 1. Tender Fees (Non-refundable): Rs. 1000/- 2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Rs. 751954/- 3. Vehicle capacity: Each tenderer should have dedicated 02 (two) separate transport vehicles registered in his/her name/in the family members of 10 / 17 mts or above capacity for each unit. 4. Experience: Tenderer should have experience of Transportation with Manufacturer / PSU / OSCSC / Govt. Dept. / Public Ltd. Company/Private Limited Company dealing in the field of Food grains, Sugar, Paddy/ Coarse grains or any other non-toxic commodity, with a value of at least: a) 20% of the estimated contract value i.e. Rs. 5013030/- in one single contract in one financial year. OR b) 40% of the estimated contract value i.e. Rs. 10026060/- in multiple contracts in one financial year. Formulas for evaluation: - If the rate quoted by a bidder is up to 14.99% less than the estimated cost, it shall be considered in financial bid evaluation. - In case of same rates quoted by more than one bidder, the bidder having the highest average annual turnover during the last three financial years shall be considered for deciding the successful bidder. If the average annual turnover is the same, the bidder with the highest financial capability shall be considered. Additionally, the bid capacity is related to the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Security Deposit, with the following formulas: - EMD = 0.03 * Estimated Value of Contract - Security Deposit = 0.05 * Estimated Value of Contract (for both parts) - Additional Security Deposit (if applicable) = 0.02 * Value of Contract The estimated contract value can be calculated using the given values: - 20% of the estimated contract value = Rs. 5013030/- - 40% of the estimated contract value = Rs. 10026060/- Using these values, the estimated contract value can be calculated as: - Estimated contract value = Rs. 5013030/- / 0.20 = Rs. 25065150/- - Estimated contract value = Rs. 10026060/- / 0.40 = Rs. 25065150/- Both calculations result in the same estimated contract value.
