The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar work, such as composite work of drilling, energisation, and commissioning, with a value of not less than Rs. 627.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In the case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have completed similar work, such as drilling of deep bore wells, with a value of not less than Rs. 251.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned in section A, and also have executed similar electrical works towards erection of HT and LT distribution systems with a value of not less than Rs. 376.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned in section A. The bidder should have completed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. For example, if the estimated quantity of work is 500 nos bore well and the period of completion is 6 months, the qualifying quantity would be 0.4 x 500 x 12/6 = 400 Nos bore well. The bidder should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar works and should provide documents in support of their bid capacity. A weightage of 10% per year is given to the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The similar work should have been completed in the last five years, from FY 2019-20 to 2023-24. The bidder should also have a minimum working capital requirement of 20% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 313.00 Lakhs.
