The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. For example, the minimum quantity required is 0.4 x 122 nos bore well x 12/6 = 98 Nos BW to qualify. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 92.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value at the financial year 2024-25 price level in the last five years prior to the 2024-25 tender and including the current FY. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar work, which includes composite work of drilling, energisation, and commissioning, with a value of not less than Rs. 153.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have completed similar work of value not less than Rs. 61.00 lakh (40% of the value mentioned above) for drilling of deep bore wells, and not less than Rs. 92.00 Lakh (60% of the value mentioned above) for electrical works. The bidder should have completed at least 80% of the original contract value of similar work in the last five years, from 2019-20 to 2023-24. A weightage of 10% per year will be given to the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder's experience will be evaluated based on the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years, with a weightage of 10% per year given to bring them to the current price level.
