The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar work, such as drilling of deep bore wells for irrigation/Rural water supply in a Government programme. In case of a single prime contractor, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 651.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In case of a joint venture, the bidder or its identified sub-contractor (JV partner) should have completed similar work of value not less than Rs. 260.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above. Additionally, the bidder or its identified sub-contractor (JV partner) should possess a valid electrical license and have executed similar electrical works towards the erection of HT and LT distribution systems and distribution sub-stations for rural electrification/Irrigation project electrification in a Government programme, of value not less than Rs. 391.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. The bidder should have a minimum working capital requirement of 20% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 326.00 Lakhs. A weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should have completed at least 80% of the original contract value in the last five years. The bidder is required to have experience in Similar works and Experience in Similar major item of works. The bidder should have sufficient work experience in Bore Well scheme/machinery and equipment required for execution of the work.
