The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactory completion of similar work, which is defined as composite work of drilling, energization, and commissioning. In the case of a single prime contractor, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 385.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value. In the case of a joint venture, the bidder or its identified sub-contractor should have completed similar work of value not less than Rs. 154.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above. Additionally, the bidder or its identified sub-contractor should possess a valid electrical license and have executed similar electrical works of value not less than Rs. 231.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above. The bidder should have completed at least 80% of the original contract value of the similar work. The bidder should have executed minimum quantities of similar major items of work, such as drilling, energisation, and commissioning, in the last five years. The qualifying quantity is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. For example, if the estimated quantity of work is 300 nos bore well, the bidder should have completed at least 240 nos bore well in the last five years. The bidder is also required to furnish evidence of access to or availability of credit facilities, with a minimum working capital requirement of 20% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 193.00 Lakhs. A weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should have sound working record of completion of the works in time as stipulated in the data sheet. The bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual packages. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on their past work experience. The assessed bid capacity is calculated as (2x A x N - B), where A is the maximum value of work executed in any one financial year during the last five years, updated to the current price level, and B is the value at the current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of works for which bids are invited.
