The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactory completion of similar work in the last five years, from 2019-20 to 2023-24. For a single prime contractor, the bidder should have completed similar work with a value of at least Rs. 195.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value at the 2024-25 price level, and not less than 80% of the original contract value. In case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have completed similar work with the following values: - Drilling of deep bore wells for irrigation/Rural water supply in Government programmes: at least Rs. 78.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned for a single prime contractor. - Execution of similar electrical works towards erection of HT and LT distribution systems and distribution sub-stations for rural electrification/Irrigation project electrification: at least Rs. 117.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned for a single prime contractor. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum working capital requirement of 20% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 98.00 Lakhs. A weightage of 10% per year is given to the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder must submit proof of their prior work experience, including the value of similar works completed, to be considered for the contract. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last 5 years, with a minimum value that can be calculated based on the estimated quantity of work. The bidder should provide documents on bid capacity, including completed similar work, and should have experience in completion of similar major items of work. The bidder should provide SCHEDULE - A, which shows details of similar work experience, and SCHEDULE - H, which provides information to be furnished by the bidder. The bidder is expected to have sufficient work experience in Bore Well schemes, machinery, and equipment required for the execution of the work. The assessed bid capacity is calculated as (2x A x N - B), where A is the maximum value of work executed in any one financial year during the last five years, updated to the current price level, and B is the value at the current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of works for which bids are invited.
