The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar work, which is a composite work of drilling, energization, and commissioning, with a value of not less than Rs. 828.00 Lakhs, at the 2024-25 price level. This value represents 40% of the proposed contract value. In the case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have satisfactorily completed similar work with a value of not less than Rs. 331.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above. Additionally, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should possess a valid electrical license and have executed similar electrical works with a value of not less than Rs. 497.00 Lakhs, representing 60% of the value mentioned above. The experience should be from the last five years prior to the 2024-25 tender, including the current financial year. A weightage of 10% per year is given on the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. For example, if the estimated quantity of work is 650 nos bore well and the period of completion is 6 months, the minimum quantity required to qualify is 0.4 x 650 x 12/6 = 520 nos bore well. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last 5 years and furnish a certificate from an authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or any other competent authority to support their work experience. The bidder needs to provide documents showing details of similar work experience, including the value and percentage of similar works completed, as per the Detailed Tender Call Notice (DTCN).
